Sending Transcripts:
If you prefer you can also send transcripts to North Carolina Colleges and Universities through CFNC.org.
Benefits:
If you have a problem:
After you have checked CFNC to see if you can send your transcript electronically, it is okay to come to the guidance office and request Becky Clark print an official transcript for you. She will print, make it official, and seal it in an envelope for you to send. This process is free if you need to send a transcript to a scholarship program, out of state institution, or non accredited programs.
Benefits:
- Students can electronically request and send their official high school transcript.
- Students can track their submitted transcripts: see the date their transcript was sent, the confirmation number of their transcript request, and the status of their transcript.
- CFNC will automatically send your final transcripts after grades have been submitted (this saves you from having to remember to ask).
If you have a problem:
- Make sure you have entered the following information in the This is Me section of Your Profile:
- First and Last name - This must match your NC SID name (use the name that appears on your report card, or check with your high school counselor).
- NC Student Number (formerly NCWISE Student ID) - This can also be found on your report card.
- E-mail address
- Gender
- Date of birth
- My Account is connected to (the high school where you are currently enrolled, or were enrolled at the time of graduation)
- If you have forgotten your password you can check with your counselor.
